Are there any measures to prevent color transfer?
Yes, here are some precautions you can take to help prevent color transfer:
- Avoid dressing the product in clothing that is likely to bleed color.
- Carefully check the garment's laundry label to see if it may bleed when washed.
- Before fully dressing the doll, test accessories or garments on less visible areas or on parts like the included hole cover to ensure there is no staining.
- To minimize direct contact between the fabric and the product’s surface, consider using a layer of white underwear or stockings underneath the outfit.
Are there cases where repairs cannot be done?
Please note that repairs may not be possible if the product is severely damaged or if the product specifications have been altered.We will inform you whether the repair is possible once we receive details about the product's condition.
Can I apply makeup myself?
We do not recommend using cosmetics or paints, as they may damage the product.If you choose to use cosmetics or paints, please do so at your own discretion and always test them on a discreet area such as the back of the head beforehand. Use extreme caution.
Can I apply nail polish or attach false nails?
You can use store-bought false nails.For soft vinyl dolls, use double-sided tape to attach them. For silicone dolls, use the repair kit included with the product.Do not apply nail polish directly onto the doll’s surface.
Can I dress the doll in regular store-bought clothing?
Our dolls can wear standard clothing and accessories available in stores.
Please note that clothing sizes vary depending on the brand and style, so we recommend carefully checking size charts against your doll's measurements. Bra cup sizes should be considered as general estimates.

Can I purchase anonymously?
Anonymous purchases are only accepted at our showroom locations.If you place your order and make the payment at the showroom, you will not need to provide your name, address, or phone number.For customers purchasing at the Ueno showroom, the product will be handed over at our Okuto factory in Katsushika Ward.It takes some time from order to product delivery. Please consult with the Ueno showroom for delivery times.

Can I receive the product at an address other than my home? Is holding the product at a local post office possible?
You can have the product delivered to the nearest UPS Express office instead of your home, and pick it up there.Once the product arrives at the office, the delivery company will contact you by phone.If you wish to pick up your product at a delivery office, please specify this in the order form.You can search for the nearest delivery office here.
Can I still get body parts with the old connection method?
If you wish to order body parts with the old connection method, please inform us of your request, and we will accommodate it for an additional fee.Please contact us through the inquiry form when placing your order.
Please note that the specifications of body parts you already own cannot be changed.

Can I use a courier service to send the product?
Since the product may be large, it is convenient to use a courier's pickup service.Please contact the courier company directly to arrange for pickup.
Can the body paint or face makeup that has worn off or peeled be fixed?
Yes, we offer repainting services for products whose makeup or paint has worn off due to years of use.However, depending on the condition, some products may not be repairable.
Please note that due to the nature of soft vinyl head parts, repainting or repairs may not be possible.
