Repair Process
We accept repair requests for dolls, whether manufactured by us or by other companies.
Please follow the steps below for repair-related inquiries.
Please feel free to contact us via phone, email, or the inquiry form.
We will ask about the condition of the area requiring repair.
Based on the condition of the area requiring repair, we will explain the repair details and costs, and provide you with a price estimate.
Please ship the item requiring repair to us. Before shipping, kindly remove any clothing or accessories attached to the item. We will provide you with the shipping address and important instructions.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If you are satisfied with the quote, please transfer the repair fee to the designated account.
Repair work will commence after payment is confirmed.
(Processing time: 3 weeks or more)
We will ship the item to you after the repair is complete.
*The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the item for repair and for return shipping costs.
- Please remove any clothing or accessories not required for the repair before shipping.
- We cannot accept liability for damage occurring during transit due to inadequate packaging; therefore, please ensure that items are securely packed.
- If the packaging materials need to be replaced, a separate packaging fee may be charged (15,000 yen for the cardboard box).
- Depending on the nature of the malfunction, repair may not be possible.
- Depending on the nature of the repairs, additional costs may arise after the initial estimate; we will notify you in advance should this occur.
- The repair period may vary depending on the nature of the malfunction.
- If the item to be repaired has dirt or foreign matter around the holes, please clean it before shipping.
- If there is significant soiling or foreign matter adhering to the area around the opening, a separate cleaning fee may be charged (cleaning fee: 33,000 yen).
