Return to Origin (Memorial Service / Collection)
We accept items for respectful memorial services—regardless of whether they were manufactured by us or another company—for a fee of 6,000 yen (tax included) per item, plus shipping costs.

For an additional service fee of 10,000 yen (tax included), our staff will deliver the item to your home, set it up, and explain how to use it.

Regardless of whether the love doll was manufactured by us or another company, we will accept it and perform a respectful memorial service for a fee of **6,000 yen (tax included)** per doll, provided you cover the shipping costs to our facility.
- To apply: Please use the inquiry form below to indicate "Request for Return" and the number of items.
- Shipping costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to our facility.
- Tokyo 23 Wards only: On-site pickup is also available (see below for details).
A service fee of **20,000 yen** and a memorial service fee of **6,000 yen** per item will be charged.
Product Repair
We offer paid repair services to the best of our ability for issues such as touch-ups for thinning paint on the head, eyelash replacement, tears in the silicone body parts, and fractures in the skeletal structure.
- Examples of services: Makeup touch-ups, eyelash replacement, repair of tears, structural repairs, etc.
- Feasibility and cost estimates depend on the item's condition. Please let us know the details first.
Product Delivery
For an additional service fee of **10,000 yen (tax included)**, our staff will deliver your purchased product to your home and, upon request, handle the setup and explain how to use it. If you would like this service, please indicate so in the order notes section when placing your order for the standard set.
