How will the sender’s name and product name appear on the shipping label?
Normally, the sender's name on the shipping label will be "Orient Industrial," and for large products, the product name will be "Health Equipment," and for small products, it will be "Parts." However, these can be changed as per your preference, so please specify your choice in the order form.
How is the product packaged?

Can I receive the product at an address other than my home? Is holding the product at a local post office possible?
You can have the product delivered to the nearest UPS Express office instead of your home, and pick it up there.Once the product arrives at the office, the delivery company will contact you by phone.If you wish to pick up your product at a delivery office, please specify this in the order form.You can search for the nearest delivery office here.
Can I purchase anonymously?
Anonymous purchases are only accepted at our showroom locations.If you place your order and make the payment at the showroom, you will not need to provide your name, address, or phone number.For customers purchasing at the Ueno showroom, the product will be handed over at our Okuto factory in Katsushika Ward.It takes some time from order to product delivery. Please consult with the Ueno showroom for delivery times.
