In consideration of the intended use of our products, we offer a special discount program for holders of a Certificate of the Physically Disabled or a Certificate of the Mentally Disabled.

In consideration of the intended use of our products, we offer a discount for individuals with disabilities. If you or your spouse hold a Physical Disability Certificate or a Mental Disability Certificate, you may purchase our products at a 10% discount.
Sold as a standard set
Applicable to most products, such as Ange, Jewel, Yasuragi, and Tsuya.
Standard Berry Set for Sale
Applies to the standard berry set.

How to Apply
Filling out the order form
Please add a note on the order form indicating that you would like the discount for persons with disabilities.
Submission of a copy of the handbook
Please send a copy of your disability certificate to us by mail or fax.
Notification of Discount Amount
After we have reviewed the documents, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the discounted product price.
Filling out the order form
Please enter "Requesting disability discount" in the "Other/Requests/Inquiries" field of the order form.
Submission of a copy of the handbook
Please send a copy of your disability certificate by mail or fax, or scan it and send it via email.
Notification of Discount Amount
After we have reviewed the documents, we will notify you via email of the discounted product price.
Visiting the store and making a request
Please bring your disability certificate and inform a staff member when visiting the store or placing your order.
Please present your certificate/handbook.
Please present the original copy of your disability certificate when placing your order, and a staff member will make a copy of it.

We will prepare a quote or invoice with the discount applied on the spot.

Yes, a discount applies if you or your spouse hold a Physical Disability Certificate or a Mental Disability Certificate. Please note, however, that the discount cannot be applied based solely on a certificate held by a family member living in the same household (such as a parent, child, or sibling).
We apologize, but the disability discount cannot be applied to the purchase of individual parts alone. This discount is limited to orders for standard sets or orders of an equivalent value. Purchases consisting solely of parts will be charged at the regular price.
This offer cannot be combined with other campaign benefits or discounts. Please note that the discount for persons with disabilities cannot be used in conjunction with other discount campaigns. If multiple discounts are applicable, you may choose the one that is most advantageous to you.
You are required to submit a copy of your disability certificate only for your initial purchase. For subsequent purchases, your customer profile will already reflect the disability discount, so re-submission is not necessary. However, please note that we may request a new copy if your certificate is renewed or has expired.
As a general rule, requests for the disability discount must be made before the order is finalized. We cannot accept discount requests after an order has been confirmed—particularly after shipping arrangements have been made—so please be sure to indicate your wish to apply for the disability discount before placing your order.
