From Liquid to Flesh

Most production stages rely on skilled artisans’ hands. The process begins with silicone casting: Viscous liquid silicone is poured into molds that shape the doll’s body. Prior to pouring, each mold contains:

The Finest Layer of Skin

Different molds accommodate varying heights and bust sizes (larger busts being more popular). The ultra-smooth silicone – specially formulated through years of R&D – is another trade secret. Next comes curing: Molds spend a night in specialized kilns where heat triggers chemical hardening, transforming liquid into velvety skin.

Demolding & Refinement The next day, cured bodies undergo demolding. Seam lines leave excess silicone (burrs), removed in meticulous flash trimming – a high-stakes process where mistakes cause tears or scars. Master artisans use specialized shears under intense concentration. Post-trimming, bodies receive surface refinement before painting.

Lifeblood in Pigment

Beyond obvious areas (breasts, knees, heels), subtle body makeup creates realism:

Natural shadows enhance contours

Simultaneously, head production progresses through identical stages: casting, demolding, trimming. Faces – the soul of each doll—receive special attention:

Feature detailing: Eyes, brows, lips (4-day process per face, balancing features like fine art)

Departure Joined bodies and heads become complete dolls. Each is lovingly packed in custom boxes, ready to journey to their new homes.
