“Satogaeri” Service (Return and Ritual Disposal of Dolls No Longer in Use)

We offer a respectful disposal service for love dolls, regardless of whether they were manufactured by our company or others. Upon receiving your doll, we will perform a proper memorial service with care and dignity.

If you wish to use this service, please apply via the contact form below. Be sure to indicate that you are requesting the Satogaeri service and specify the number of dolls.

We also offer optional home collection services within Tokyo’s 23 wards. If you would like to arrange this, please feel free to contact us.

Service fees vary depending on your location and the details of your request. We will provide the exact cost after reviewing your inquiry.

We offer paid repair services to the extent possible, including retouching faded facial makeup, replacing eyelashes, repairing torn silicone on body parts, and fixing broken skeletal components.

Product Repairs

For a separate service fee of 10,000 yen (tax included), our staff will deliver your purchased product directly to your home. We will also provide setup and instructions on how to use the product according to your needs.
This service is available for standard sets of silicone-integrated products within the 23 wards of Tokyo and nearby areas. Please note that this service is not available for outlet products.
