If the customer or their spouse holds a Physical Disability Certificate or Mental Disability Certificate, they are eligible to receive a 10% discount on our products.

The discount applies only to standard sets or orders equivalent to a standard set.Please note that the disability discount is not available for parts-only purchases.Additionally, this discount cannot be combined with any ongoing promotional offers.
How to Apply for the Disability Discount
Ordering by Mail or Fax
Step 1: Please write “Requesting Disability Discount” on the order form.
Step 2: Send a copy of your disability certificate (physical or mental) by mail or fax to our Ueno Showroom.
Step 3: After verifying the documents, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the discounted product price.
Online Order
Please note: Online credit card payments are not accepted.
Step 1: In the "Other Requests / Inquiries" section of the online order form, please write “Requesting Disability Discount.”
Step 2: Send a copy of your disability certificate either by mail, fax, or email (scanned copy).
Step 3: After verifying the documents, we will inform you of the discounted product price via email.
Ordering at the Showroom
Please bring your disability certificate with you and inform the staff when placing your order at the showroom.
