Artificial Maiden Exhibition IV

From August 5 to August 23, 2014, the “Artificial Maiden Exhibition IV” was held at the Vanilla Gallery in Ginza, Tokyo.
Over the past three exhibitions at the Vanilla Gallery, we welcomed perfect maidens, incredibly close to the ideal image of women, offering an exhibition where many could enjoy emotional connections.
In this fourth edition of the exhibition, we showcased a wide range of works, including the “molds” that created the maidens, which had garnered attention in previous exhibitions, as well as the astonishing “doll furniture.” We also presented the latest dolls and works that offered a vision for the future of dolls.
